Judy Stone is a certified social worker with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan, and has been a practicing psychotherapist for over twenty years.

She is certified in Bioenergetic Analysis, a body-mind psychotherapy and has always included relationship-with-food issues and nutrition in her practice.

Judy developed Feeding Your Whole Self, a program integrating nutrition, cooking skills and relationship-with-food-and-body issues in 1994, and also began publishing Eater's Digest-a print, then later an online-newsletter.

In 1999 she decided to focus her practice on nutrition and pursued a certification in Comprehensive Nutrition through the American Academy of Nutrition.

From her home in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Judy provides coaching and consultation to individuals throughout the United States through her business, Nutrition Magician. She is a popular speaker, trainer of health and mental health professionals, and seminar leader.
